POSITIVE EXPERIENCE! I sent a text message and received an immediate phone call asking how they could help me. It was Sunday and I wondered if they worked today. The answering service put me in contact with Eddie - the Garage Door Tech. We made arrangements to meet after church. He was prompt, efficient, and quick to diagnose the problem and quote the repair costs. Eddie told me it wouldn't take long to replace the broken coils and install new cables. He was correct!
